Oriana Terms of Use and Subscription Terms

Effective date: 6 October 2026 · Provider: Fırat Aktaş, Midyat / Mardin, Türkiye · Contact: aktasfirat682@gmail.com · App: Oriana (com.firataktas.israk)

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Fırat Aktaş, who makes and runs Oriana. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. Age

Oriana is for adults. You must be 18 or older. The app asks your age and stops if you are under 18. This is our own rule and it is also required by the terms of the AI service the app relies on.

3. What Oriana is

You write a goal in one sentence and add a few details about your life. Oriana writes a short story of you having already reached that goal, reads it aloud in the narrator’s voice you choose, and keeps it on your phone so you can listen to it every day. Each story also produces affirmation cards, and you can close the day with a one-line journal entry. No account is needed and the content stays on your phone.

The text and the voice are produced by artificial intelligence, from what you write, at the moment you ask for them.

4. What Oriana is not

5. Free use and subscription

Depending on the payment setup shown to you, either your first story and its audio are free, or stories start with a subscription (with a free trial if the store offers one); the payment screen shows which applies, any trial length and the price after it. Corrections on the approval screen are free. A subscription unlocks rewriting your story later, adding new goals, producing a new recording in the narrator voice you picked, and having your own manifestation read out. Picking a narrator is free; what costs money is producing a new recording with that voice. Plans are weekly, monthly and yearly.

6. If you downloaded the app from the App Store

Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”) applies to your use of the app in addition to these terms: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If a term here conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails for that conflict. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for Oriana, and any claim about the app is between you and us, not Apple. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

7. How you may use it

8. Content and rights

What you write stays yours. The story texts and audio files produced for you are yours to keep, listen to, print and share personally; we claim nothing over them. You give us only the permission needed to process your input to produce them.

Because the text is generated, another person asking for something similar may receive something similar. Generated output is not unique and we do not claim exclusivity for it.

The app itself, its name, its design, its illustrations and its software belong to the provider and may not be copied.

9. Availability and changes to the service

Oriana depends on services run by other companies, so it can be slow, interrupted or temporarily unavailable. The AI service we use is not available in every country; where it is unavailable, story generation will not work. Features can change or be removed as the app develops. If the service is discontinued altogether, we will say so in the app in advance and stop charging for new periods.

10. Liability

The app is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or lost opportunity, for decisions you take after reading or listening to a story, or for interruptions caused by the providers behind the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Oriana in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time: cancel any subscription in the store, delete your data in Me › Your data › Delete everything and remove the app. We may suspend access if the app is used in breach of section 7, and we will say why if you write to us.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Midyat / Mardin have jurisdiction. If you use the app as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and may also bring a claim before your local courts. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with a new date, and anything significant is announced in the app. Changes never apply retroactively to a period you already paid for.
